Step 1 of our smoothie adventure inspired by Earth Mama. Look on the internet for some green smoothie knowledge.

Step 2 bring out the bags you need for shopping (2 produce bags and a shopping bag). Ban plastic bags!

Step 3 go to your local organic food supplier and buy some veggies and fruits.

Step 4 Select some of the fruits and because it is our first time only a few greens (we took 2 bananas, 1 orange, one big leave kale (groene kool), a hand spinach leaves, some mint leaves and some parsley).
Step 5 put it in the machine and ….
Step 6 drink all the goodness and feel happy 🙂

Our first ever homemade green smoothie was delicious. The children looked a bit worried when I gave them the green juice, but after a few careful sips they enjoyed it very much. Tomorrow a new combination :).

Oh goodness, the COLORS! I love it! Sounds so yummy! I’m not sure if my oldest one would get on board with a green smoothie, but I know for sure my younger two would. Yum!

Met kool? Mmmhhh?? Maar dat zal zeker als de kinderen het lekker vinden want dat zijn natuurlijk heftige critici! Mooie foto’s.
